  • Tailored Home Tours: Once pre-approved, we'll schedule a day filled with home viewings based on your vision. This will further refine your search criteria, and I'll set up an automated concierge search to deliver new listings directly to your inbox.

4. Due Diligence

  • Purchasing a good investment: I'll guide you through the due-diligence process, ensuring that your prospective home is in good condition and well-priced. No detail will be overlooked, and overpaying is off the table. This will allow us to will write a competitive offer while also protecting your best interests.
