Before launching my career as a real estate broker, I honed my skills in a dynamic real estate investment group. There, I thrived in the role of presenting investment opportunities to potential investors. Alongside my colleagues, I built detailed financial projections (pro-formas), assessed property values (ARVs), analyzed market trends, envisioned renovations that would enhance value, and crafted targeted marketing plans to attract the ideal tenant or buyer.

This experience ignited my interest in real estate investing. In my career as a broker, I aim to continue on the path of serving investors by helping them buy & sell small multi-family properties (2-4 units) and residential homes for tenants.
